By registering with one of our Partners to receive third party offers, users allow Voltage Hosting and its Partners to make their personally identifiable information available to third parties in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Voltage Hosting provides users the option to opt-out from receiving information sent on behalf of third party advertisers by our internal affiliates or to opt-out from Voltage Hosting and its divisions sharing information with our Partners for promotional purposes. Notwithstanding, all personally identifiable information provided by a user may be used by Voltage Hosting to support its marketing data services business described above.
Users may unsubscribe to electronic mailings sent via our internal affiliates at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter or email. Users may opt-out of receiving further information sent on behalf of our Partners or third party advertisers or from Voltage Hosting sharing information with our Partners or third party marketers for promotional purposes. Currently, Voltage Hosting does not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal data in order to maintain a master suppression file.

Web Beacons, also known as pixel tags and clear GIFs (“Web Beacons”), are electronic images that allow a website to access cookies and help track marketing campaigns and general usage patterns of visitors to those websites.
This capability helps Voltage Hosting send email in a format users can read and enables Voltage Hosting, and our clients that use the functionality, to track the aggregate number of emails opened. The web beacon does not collect any personally identifiable information.
